Welcome to ... and welcome, too.

Contrary to all of the much ballyhooed talk (in the middle and psuedoleft) and contrived hysteria (on the right and also in the middle) about "change" in the United States, has there really been change? After all, what HAS changed in the United States or in U.S. policy against, oops, towards its neighbors - especially the poor, neocolonial serfdoms, oops again, countries in that special corner of the developing world known as "Latin America"?

This journal is a cooperative effort to offer alternative perspective on things that are, things are not, and all of the things that ain't and are taint' because one side has its opinion, the other side has its opinion and - somewhere in the chasm that could be fraternal harmony among living creatures - the truth lies (or so that old saying tells us).

So while we take the proverbial first step towards finding all of the truthes wherever they may lay, we will try to remember that - in today's U-S-A, U-S-A, U-S-A, the truth often just lies.

But, I guess that is why we are on The No Fly List ... and, by reading this, we guess you are, too.
